june 10th update.

update on the photos, site now cleared and ready for footings, had to serve a party wall agreement on neighbours either side. Should start foundations at the end of june, thats if both sides sign the agreement and return it, and dont do anything stupid like get even more surveyors involved and hold it up even more.
So far its been four months of red tape with council/architects/engineers/surveyors/estate agents, and no doubt next is the neighbours, it a wonder that anything ever gets done in this fucking country.
